These terms govern the use of the Humai Studio diagnosis tool. By using it, you accept them.
The service
The tool provides an editorial diagnosis of AI adoption in your company, with a written report. It is an informational service and does not constitute binding legal, tax or financial advice. Provided by G-One Srl, Via Duccio di Buoninsegna 74, 00142 Rome (Italy), VAT/Tax code 17440701005, operating the Humai Studio brand.
Account
To use the service you must create an account with email and password or sign in with Google. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the data you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to enter third-party data without authority.
Artificial intelligence
Part of the content (conversations and the draft report) is generated by a language model (Claude by Anthropic) and reviewed by a Humai person before sending. Content may contain inaccuracies.
Intellectual property
The report you receive is for your internal use. Humai Studio’s method, format and materials remain owned by G-One Srl.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken based on the report, which is intended as guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Rome, subject to the consumer’s forum where applicable.
