Data we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the essential profile data provided by Google.

Diagnosis data: the answers you provide (about your company, processes, people, customers) and the content of your conversations with the assistant.

Minimal technical data needed to run and secure the service.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (creating the session, generating and sending your report): performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures.

Marketing communications (updates, content, news by email): only with your explicit, withdrawable consent.

Security, abuse prevention and legal compliance: legitimate interest and legal obligations.

Marketing and withdrawal

We will send marketing communications only if you have given consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to diagnosi@humaistudio.it, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Recipients and processors

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf as processors: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Anthropic (language model), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), each under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention

Diagnosis sessions are kept for up to 24 months; PDF reports for up to 12 months; account data until you request deletion. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Transfers outside the EU

Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
